• Delivery Time: Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier service. Remote or rural locations may take longer.
• Shipping Charges: Calculated based on the weight of your order and delivery location. Shipping costs are visible at checkout before completing your purchase.
• Free Shipping: Free shipping is available on orders above ₹1500.
• Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed or sent via SMS. You can use this to track your package through the courier’s website.
• Packaging: All products are securely packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, including computers, electronics, and accessories.
• Delays in Shipping: Delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier issues. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
• Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery: Please double-check your shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or failed delivery will be resent at the customer’s expense. Refunds will not be issued for undelivered items due to incorrect shipping information.
